I’m doing a full body detox program that requires you to only eat raw, whole and natural/organic foods. I started on Monday, and quite honestly, it hasn’t been as hard to follow as I thought it would be. I thought I would really really miss meat and bread and pasta and alla that, but it hasn’t been bad at all. I REALLY don’t miss meat after reading that article above.
you know me… i find something new and I research it to death and get really into it. This time I have a little bandwagon. I got the WHOLE family involved. Mom’s threw out all the meat in the fridge, Tina’s eating veggie burgers and I got my step-dad hooked on soy/tofu cheesecake. It’s actually a blessing that everyone’s on board, because now I don’t have any excuses not to stick to it. It’s really easy during the week because I’m so busy, I eat whatever I bring in. The weekends are a whole ‘nother story. I’m four days in and it’s been pretty good. Wish me meatless-luck.
