So, if you remember around last week or so, I posted about the crazy homeless guy who provided the “after show” entertainment after the Lyfe concert. He kept singing “Shake ya laffy taffy, shake ya laffy taffy.” Of course, I just thought he was making it up, him being a crazy homeless guy and all.
Well, in an effort to diversify my “pop” musical knowledge, I did something I haven’t done in months - I listened to the radio ::shock, gasp:: And, within 3 seconds of switching it on, what do I hear?

Did you guys know that song was real without telling me? I was in complete shock. I’m still a little dazed from the whole thing, but I’ve managed to find a copy of “Shake Dat Laffy Taffy” by D4L for my loyal readers. I am still in shock you had no idea that was a song. Half of the men who rented their beamers and Mercedez for the night had to be rockin that song.
Besides, the homeless man isn’t that hip to new music, in fact he probably doesn’t even own a radio….hell he is homeless. The only way he knows any songs is from the cars driving past him, which is why he put wutang, brandy, kanye, and that laffy taffy song all in one.
Maybe he can catch a record deal doing remixes.
