i heart vitamins

glaceau-formula50.jpg This is my latest food obsession. I drink one every morning on my way to work. Mostly because I like the descriptions on the back of the bottle.

Formula 50: 50 cent’s new album is bound to go platinum, so formula 50 decided to go platinum too. not to be outdone, we are happy to announce the release of our own album, “hydrate or die tryin’.” all we need is one little shout out at the MTV video music awards. suckaz be movin’ out the way at them beverage conferences. plus, our drink has the nutrients you need to fuel you through your day. that’s just how we roll here in queens.

it makes drinking water fun. and it makes me feel better that i’m actually getting some decent vitamins in my system throughout the day. not that i’m not getting any from the super nutritious food i eat daily (…), but you know…

along with vitamin water, i’ve been craving tuna sashimi and sauteed garlic spinach almost every night. last night my mom said “you’re making spinach AGAIN?!” Yes, again! I love me some spinach and raw tuna. mmm, mmm bitches!

I love spinach raw and cooked. I use it like lettuce on my sammiches.

Yeah… gatorade tastes like you’re drinking red sea salt. that’s why i prefer vitamin water.

and is it any surprise that 50 Cent’s flavor of vitamin water is “Grape”? Why didn’t they just call it “purple”. lol
